Tester program: how to complete each test

9 min readUpdated Oct 2026Education only

The tester program rewards you for trying the platform and telling us what you find. Each task below says what to do, where to click and what to check, so you can tick them off without guessing.

Key points
  • Most tasks tick off by themselves within a minute of you doing them. Feedback is reviewed by hand.
  • Everything runs on demo or paper accounts. Do not use real money.
  • You reach 100 points with the checklist, and you can claim the reward once your email is verified.

Before you start

Open the user menu (your name, top right) and choose Tester program. Read the rules, tick the box and press Join the tester program. You will see a progress ring and a checklist. Each task shows its points. Tasks tick off automatically when your account does the thing, usually within a minute, so refresh the page if one has not moved. The pictures in this guide are simplified drawings of the screens, so yours may look a little different.

Use demo and paper accounts only. The platform is in beta, and nothing here is advice to trade with real money.

Verify your email (5 points)

  1. Open the email we sent when you signed up and press the confirmation link.
  2. If you cannot find it, check your spam or junk folder.
  3. Return to the Tester program page and refresh. The task should be ticked.

You also need a verified email to claim the reward, so do this one first.

Connect a trading account (15 points)

Send useful feedback (10 points each, up to three)

On the Tester program page, use Send feedback. Choose a category (bug, idea, phone test or other), write what you did and what happened, then send it. Each note is reviewed, and approved notes earn points.

What a good note looks like

  • What you were doing: the page or screen and the steps you took.
  • What you expected and what happened instead.
  • Where: your device and browser, for example "iPhone 14, Safari" or "Windows, Chrome".
  • For an idea, say the problem it would solve.

Short notes that only say "it is broken" or "make it better" are usually rejected. A note of two or three clear sentences is enough.

Claiming your reward

  1. When the ring reaches 100 points, a claim box appears.
  2. Enter the PayPal email to pay and press Claim. Your email must be verified.
  3. We check your points and pay by PayPal. The page shows Pending until it is marked Paid.

Rewards are limited, and accounts that look fake or duplicated are removed.
